The Delete command allows you to delete a work request if you are its owner or if you belong to a user group with this capability. Normally you cannot delete a work request unless it has a Canceled state (see Canceling Work Requests) or a Complete state. Since work request states and their contingent actions are configurable, the Delete function may vary in the installed product.
